Monscierge took the time to really listen and understand exactly what type of things guests were looking for. We did this by working with over 100 different hotels across the world to develop a central information point for easily managing the things hotels needed to provide their guests. The outcome of this multi-year process was Monscierge | Console.
Within minutes, hotels can create their own recommendations of what to do and where to go in the local area. These recommendations are then instantly available to guests throughout the hotel, both on-site and on the guest’s mobile application.
Woven into these recommendations are areas where the hotel can promote on-site amenities, room service, or local partners. This creates numerous revenue opportunities, but also greatly enhances the overall guest experience.
