Patients can communicate by using the request system, view information about the hospital or their stay, or find curated local recommendations for their family and visitors. A patient can utilize a special pillow speaker or use their own mobile phone as remote control for the TV.

Apple TV is well-protected. In addition to Monscierge erase and reset functionality, installed software prevents use if lost or stolen. The device can be physically protected with a secure mount attached to the wall or back of TV.

Getting started is super simple. First we build out your tvOS Apps and Apple TV management environment using the specifications in our Getting Started with Apple TV for Hospitality page. You can also download our solution brief for more information how the overall installation of the product works.
If you have existing Apple TVs, they will need to be shipped to a Monscierge office due to the configuration needs for Bring Your Own Device [BYOD] setup. If you have questions, please contact us. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Apple TV connects to the Internet with an ethernet cable or through a wireless bridge.
We require a minimum connection speed of 4 Mbps with a recommendation of 10 Mbps for higher.
We can do either file-based integrations, which allow us to work with 99% of all PMS vendors. Or we can do a direct integration with numerous vendors, like CloudBeds, WebRezPro, Opera and many more. We're Opera-certified and work with many PMS vendors. Either solution allows for erase and reset functionality to be implemented.
